It's hard to believe that it's only been eleven days since the killing of George Floyd by a white police officer on a Minneapolis street. Since then, America has broken in ways beyond anything we could have imagined - and there's a strong case to be made that it was already broken, and we're finally seeing what it looks like when change can't wait any longer.
But this is a Star Wars podcast, so on today's show, I'm going to turn the focus there. Specifically, we're going to talk about what Lucasfilm and Disney have said and done in the wake of the George Floyd killing, and consider how much further they - and we - have to go.
