It's just one line in the novel Leia, Princess of Alderaan by Claudia Gray, but it was enough to launch a thousand internet articles. Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo, being played by Laura Dern in The Last Jedi, appears as a young woman in the Leia novel and says something that opens the door to wondering if she'll be the first openly LGBTQ character in a Star Wars movie. Punch it!
